   Situated in central Nicosia this residential project consists of four 1Br, six 2Br and two 3Br apartments distributed over 4 storeys.

 

   Each apartment benefits from a large, private balcony and/or terrace, its own parking space and storage room in the basement floor of the building.

 

   Further parking spaces are also distributed around the landscaped reception lobby area on ground floor level.

 

   The main concrete structure of the building is a contrast of horizontal slabs and inclined concrete columns resembling large tree trunks, inspired by the large mimosa trees that surrounded the plot and that were kept intact throughout the entire construction phase.

 

   Custom made interior and exterior design elements and furniture were made from metal and wood, completing the minimal material and colour palette of this residential building with very high electromechanical specification factors regarding thermal and acoustic insulation but also energy saving methods resulting in very low consumption rates.
