Even though the plot is situated within a sparsely populated surrounding, the residential aspect and factors of the neighbourhood imply that within the near future various residences could be developed.

Hence, the initial concept was to obstruct all possible adjacent incoming views and create a private, natural environment within the plot itself, opening the interior of the house to the garden through large sliding windows and louvred panels, allowing the garden to be felt and seen from the interior areas of the residence.
