Inspired by the natural earthy tones of the geomorphic formation and vegetation, the architectural materials and colour palette have been carefully selected to blend in harmoniously with the immediate natural surroundings.

Blind walls along the south facades secure protection from the sun’s direct exposure and high summer temperatures while simultaneously offering privacy to and from each unit.  

Sliding shading panels along the east and west facades (north optional) also act as solar and/or privacy filters while simultaneously giving the project a modular and transformable aesthetic aspect that varies throughout the day and night depending on the various seasons and/or climatic conditions.  

Cantilevered shaded horizontal elements identical to the vertical sliding panels secure extensive shaded areas, resulting in large open interior and/or exterior spaces, blending the indoor functions with the exterior landscaped gardens.
